📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the logistics and transportation department.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
