As a Commercial Grade A Building Engineer, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of technical aspects of commercial buildings, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. You'll also play a key role in developing and implementing building maintenance strategies, conducting energy audits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the technical operations of commercial Grade A buildings, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Develop and implement building maintenance strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and property managers to plan and execute building improvements.
• Conduct energy audits and recommend energy-saving measures to improve sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate with external service providers for building maintenance and repairs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to property management teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance and management.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant building design and management software.
• Certification in Building Maintenance Management (CBM) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
