📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate all aspects of concert planning and execution, including venue selection, artist management, and logistics.
• Collaborate with vendors, including sound engineers, stagehands, and security personnel, to ensure smooth event operations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote concerts and engage the local community.
• Manage budgets and financial planning to ensure events are delivered within allocated resources.
• Oversee ticket sales and box office operations, including online and in-person sales.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of attendees and performers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to artists, sponsors, and attendees throughout the event lifecycle.
• Analyze post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future event experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Music Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, particularly in the music industry.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and permits required for event hosting in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with artists, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during event planning.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with a good understanding of local cultural nuances.
