As a Data Privacy & Protection Specialist at Anabatic, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our data protection policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to our employees on data privacy best practices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain data protection policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate data protection risks.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on data privacy best practices.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our data protection measures.
• Work closely with our legal and compliance teams to ensure that our data protection measures are up-to-date and effective.
• Collaborate with our IT team to implement and maintain data protection technologies and tools.
• Respond to data protection incidents and breaches, and work with our legal team to mitigate the impact and prevent recurrence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data protection laws and regulations, and advise the company on any changes that may affect our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy and protection, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of local and international data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• Certification in data protection, such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate data protection risks.
• Experience with data protection technologies and tools, such as data loss prevention (DLP) software, encryption tools, and access control systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
