📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, ensuring they are in top condition
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage maintenance projects
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address issues promptly
• Train and supervise maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Manage budgets and track expenses related to facilities maintenance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance and management
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as IBM Maximo or similar
• Certification in facilities management or related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
