📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality instruction and support to students in the IB curriculum, including but not limited to, Mathematics, Sciences, Languages, and Humanities.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the IB syllabus and learning objectives.
• Provide personalized attention and guidance to students, helping them understand complex concepts and achieve academic excellence.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and growth.
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the IB curriculum and best practices in education.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to promote a love for learning and academic excellence.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in International Baccalaureate (IB) teaching or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring the IB curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of the IB syllabus and assessment criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for inspiring and guiding young minds.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills an asset.
