As an Investment Support Officer at hammerjack, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including monitoring investment activities, conducting due diligence, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our investment managers and compliance officers to ensure that all transactions are conducted in accordance with our policies and procedures. With your strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you will help us to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the integrity and security of our clients' investments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor investment activities and transactions to ensure compliance with hammerjack's policies and procedures.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments and clients, including verifying identities, assessing risks, and reviewing financial statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investment activities, including transactions, holdings, and valuations.
• Collaborate with investment managers and compliance officers to ensure that all transactions are conducted in accordance with international regulations and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, including market risks, credit risks, and operational risks.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, including risk reports, compliance reports, and investment performance reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Provide support to the investment team as needed, including preparing presentations, conducting research, and assisting with client meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment support, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and conducting due diligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of international regulations and best practices in the investment industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
