📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine project ideas, ensuring they align with our brand and client objectives
• Manage project timelines and resources, using tools like Asana or Trello to keep the team on track
• Coordinate with vendors and freelancers to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring we stay within agreed-upon limits
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creative media production
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the creative media industry
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of the production process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovative media
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
