As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various tasks, including customer interactions, data entry, and sales reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the company's customer database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Support the sales team in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.,Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and trade shows.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-related role or equivalent experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun Dili is a plus.
