In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales projects for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the HVAC industry. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is ensured.,Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and installation, to ensure seamless project execution.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status and progress.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and to develop and implement sales strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales project management, preferably in the HVAC industry.,Strong understanding of the HVAC industry, including products, systems, and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
