📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum.,Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.,Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices, incorporating them into teaching methods.,Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional strategies and share best practices.,Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license.
