📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective account management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing clients.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our services and products.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of premium AV solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AV technology.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.,Provide regular reports on account performance and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role in the AV industry.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.,Strong knowledge of premium AV solutions and technology.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
