📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity and accuracy.,Assist in the development of training materials and presentations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Support customer service teams by providing clear and accurate information.,Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials and product descriptions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with API documentation is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a must.
