📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Promote and sell financial products and services to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the B2C sector.
• Use CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage client interactions and track performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions.
• Provide regular client updates and reports to demonstrate the value of our services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in financial services or sales is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
