📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with event attendees to identify potential customers interested in our banking products.
• Explain our range of banking solutions, including savings accounts, loans, and digital banking services.
• Guide customers through the account opening process using our in-house system, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collect and verify customer information, including identification documents and financial details.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account openings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
• Familiarity with banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and digital banking.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel to various events and locations within the Gresik area.
• Valid ID and proof of address required.
• Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
