PT Property Teratai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment efforts, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations to the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong candidate database and ensure timely follow-up with potential candidates.,Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
