📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Deliver exceptional service to guests in our restaurants and bars.
- Manage orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Promote our menu items and specials to guests.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and food safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a frontline F&B role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
