📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Ensure compliance with national and international safety and environmental regulations.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and update safety documentation and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE management.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
- Experience with safety management systems (e.g., OHSAS 18001).
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
