📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient sourcing of goods and services.,Manage the entire procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and execution.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate procurement solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract management.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
