📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records are kept.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk and waiting area.,Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the office.,Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.,Provide information about the company and its services to guests and visitors.,Monitor and ensure the security of the office premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
