🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Certification in Montessori Education (e.g., AMI, AMS, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Montessori early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori principles, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
