📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assisting in the preparation and administration of medications, including IV therapy and injections.,Monitoring and recording patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.,Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.,Assisting with patient hygiene and maintaining a clean and safe environment in the healthcare facility.,Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay updated on best practices in patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols in healthcare settings.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
