CV Antar Anggrek is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Bogor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store inventory and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the company's headquarters to ensure store operations align with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
