Mart Quick Pratama is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed. The position is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.,Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they understand and follow procedures.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
