📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven sales experience in a similar role.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Passionate about sales and committed to achieving sales targets.

Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry is a plus.
