Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability for the Professional Services division.,Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer demand to ensure that our pricing models are aligned with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze pricing performance, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing strategies.,Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that pricing decisions are aligned with overall business goals.,Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify pricing opportunities and threats.,Develop and maintain pricing tools and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in pricing decisions.,Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure that pricing decisions are supported by accurate and timely financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,8-10 years of experience in pricing and revenue management, with a focus on Professional Services or a related industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in pricing tools and software, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.,Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer demand.
