GLEAM Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards of food quality.
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.
