📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
