Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and managed, and that all shipments are processed and delivered on time.Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all warehouse staff.Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are in good working order and that any necessary repairs or maintenance are carried out promptly.Work closely with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to ensure that warehouse operations are aligned with business goals and objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve warehouse operations.Provide regular reports to management on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, shipping times, and any other relevant metrics.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, with experience in a similar industry preferred.Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team and manage staff effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
