📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure they run efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet our standards.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.
  • Work with the sales and production teams to meet customer demand and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Monitor warehouse safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Strong background in inventory management and control.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
