📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
• Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings, using payroll software like Paychex or ADP.
• Maintain and update financial records and reports in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and national tax laws.
• Provide financial support to the finance team, including data entry, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices, and apply this knowledge to your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on invoicing and payroll.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and SAP.
• Experience with payroll software like Paychex or ADP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
