Export Documentation Intern - Global Trade & Logistics

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Assist in the preparation of export declarations and related documentation
• Support the export team in managing export orders and tracking shipments
• Assist in the preparation of export reports and other related documentation
• Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of export transactions
• Assist in the preparation of export-related correspondence with clients and third-party service providers
• Support the team in the preparation of export-related presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
