📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify areas for process optimization using tools like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop and implement process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic goals.
• Provide training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization and compliance, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or a related process improvement methodology.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to manufacturing and logistics.
• Proficient in using process improvement tools and software such as Minitab, SAP, or similar.
