In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen maintenance. You will work closely with our team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 2,500,000 - Rp 3,000,000 per month. We are located at Jl. Mampang Prapatan No. 19, Jakarta Selatan, 12760, and we are looking forward to welcoming a talented and passionate individual to our team.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies
- Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure food safety and quality
- Follow all food safety regulations and standards
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen facilities
- Support the kitchen manager in any additional tasks as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food service industry
- Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
