In this role, you will use tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop software to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining our IT documentation and ensuring that our systems are backed up regularly.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems using ServiceNow, Jira, and other relevant tools.
- Document IT issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Monitor and report on system performance and security.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
- Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles.
