📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for medical imaging equipment, including CT, MRI, and X-ray systems.
• Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the operation and maintenance of medical imaging equipment.
• Consult with hospitals and clinics to assess their imaging needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the performance of medical imaging equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and industry trends.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
• Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical application or technical support for medical imaging equipment.
• Certification in medical imaging technology, such as CT, MRI, or X-ray, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of medical imaging software, including PACS, RIS, and DICOM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
