This role is perfect for someone with 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a business partner or similar role, and a strong background in HR analytics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement and performance.
Manage HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
Conduct data-driven HR analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Provide guidance on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between HR and business units.
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
Support the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or similar role.
Strong background in HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
